| Want to experience a modern urban laboratory? Do you want to engage in an environment that fuses architecture with ecology? Join Arizona Adventurers as we travel to Arcosanti, a prototype city for philosophical and environmental issues. We'll join the Juneteenth Festival at Arcosanti, celebrating freedom with jazz, blues, reggae, dancing, fine arts and crafts. Our group carpools from Phoenix mid-morning. Be sure to bring money for food, gas and the $10 entrance fee to the festival ($5 discount for students). Arcosanti is located in the cooler elevations just 65 miles north of Phoenix.
